Multi-currency invoicing, built for freelancers with clients around the world
If one client pays you in dollars and another in pesos, you shouldn't have to do the math by hand or worry about your reports mixing different currencies together as if they were the same. BillFacil solves this by design.
7 days of Pro free. No card, no charges.
10 currencies, ready to use
US Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR), Mexican Peso (MXN), Colombian Peso (COP), Argentine Peso (ARS), Chilean Peso (CLP), Brazilian Real (BRL), British Pound (GBP), Peruvian Sol (PEN), and Canadian Dollar (CAD). You pick your account's currency from "My account," and every new invoice is created in that currency.
Every invoice permanently keeps its own currency
A common mistake in other invoicing tools is that changing your account's currency also changes the symbol on all your past invoices — as if an old dollar invoice suddenly showed up in pesos. In BillFacil, the currency is locked in the moment the invoice is created: changing your account's currency afterward never alters an invoice that was already issued.
Reports that never mix currencies
If you have invoices in more than one currency, your income reports show the exact breakdown for each one separately — dollars and pesos are never added together as if they were the same thing. You can also choose to see an approximate consolidated total in whichever currency you prefer, converted using the day's reference exchange rate, for a quick overview without losing the exact detail.
How it works
Pick your currency
From "My account," choose which currency you want to invoice in by default.
Invoice as usual
Every new invoice uses your account's currency at that moment, and keeps it forever.
Check your reports
See the exact breakdown per currency, or a consolidated estimate in the currency you choose.
Frequently asked questions
Which currencies can I invoice in with BillFacil?
USD, EUR, MXN, COP, ARS, CLP, BRL, GBP, PEN, and CAD. You choose your account's currency and every invoice you create uses it.
If I change my account's currency, do my old invoices change currency too?
No. Every invoice permanently keeps the currency it was created with, even if you later change your account's currency — so an amount is never shown in the wrong currency.
How do I see my income if I invoice in more than one currency?
Your reports show the exact breakdown for each currency, plus an approximate consolidated total converted into whichever currency you choose to view, using the day's reference exchange rate.
